We are currently taking applications/resumes for an EXPERIENCED Project Manager for the Vildalia, LA and surrounding area.  Duties/Responsibilities may/may not be limited to the following:

    • Oversee the whole construction process.
  • Required Skills:
    • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Efficient in tracking and maintaining purchase orders
    • Ability to motivate and to provide encouragement to his/her team members
    • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
    • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
    • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Ensures that the wages and purchases are within the budget.
    • Take charge of the subcontractors and see to it that they are punctual.
    • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports (Monthly Billing Estimates & Cost of Complete Estimates)
    • Ensure that the budget is maintained. At the same time quality is also preserved.
    • Budgeting experience in cost estimating, cost control, and cost analysis to manage project costs and control budgets, ensuring that the project does not go over the proposed costs
    • Organize the workers to make certain that they are all performing well to satisfy the construction requirement.
    • Record the total expenditure for the resources bought and the payments given for workers.
    • Common inspection on the safety and performance of the workers.
    • Mediate with inspectors of the government on the customary requirements of the site with respect to its safety and licenses.
    • Track the construction process to make sure that it is completed on time.
    • Records the progress of the project in association with the foreman.
  • Required Credentials:
    • Driver's License/Identification
    • Social Security Card/Birth Certificate
    • SSHO & QA/QC with USACOE Specific Training
  • Must be able to pass physical and drug screen
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Pay:
    • TBD;  Per Diem available
    • Weekly Pay
    • Pay Schedule: Monday - Sunday
  • Schedule:
    • 10-12 Hour Days
    • Monday - Friday
    • Weekends (as needed)
  • Duration of Job: Approximately 1 Year
