Join Hueman as an Account Manager, Life Sciences

Hueman is hiring an Account Manager, Life Sciences, to manage the needs of our Life Sciences client partnerships and, where needed, guide the recruiters who deliver for them. You’ll play a strategic part in our RPO operations team, building strong client relationships and keeping delivery on track.

You’ll anticipate client needs, monitor contractual obligations, KPIs, and SLAs, and look for ways to improve how each partnership runs. You’ll also lead quarterly business reviews, support client billing and forecasting, and proactively bring new service offerings to the table.

What You’ll Do

·       Build strong client partnerships through exceptional talent advising

·       Anticipate client needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement change

·       Manage contractual obligations, monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and expected service delivery

·       Support the development of client talent acquisition processes and ensure compliance

·       Maintain knowledge base of evolving market conditions and competitive hiring landscapes

·       Build and deploy recruitment strategies

·       Leverage data to foreshadow risks or delivery gaps   

·       Organize, conduct, and lead quarterly business reviews

·       Remain accountable to internal business expectations, including client billing, forecasting, P&L accountabilities, internal leadership meetings, etc.

·       Proactively present service offerings to current clients to drive business forward

·       May lead and mentor team members, setting clear expectations, providing guidance and feedback, and holding the team accountable to delivery

·       Travel to client sites or recruiting events as needed

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building client relationships, developing people, and solving problems in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

Required skills and abilities include:

·       Ability to successfully manage volume hiring projects as well as maintain ongoing long-term partnerships

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Exemplary attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong integrity and work ethic
  • Values in alignment with Hueman’s core values
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
  • Two or more years of account management experience preferred

 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • At least 7 years of recruiting experience, including full-desk recruiting from sourcing through offer
  • At least 2 years of Life Sciences recruiting experience or at least 2 years of recruiting leadership experience; both preferred

 

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$85,000 depending on experience, plus commission.
