If you’ve spent time recruiting in healthcare, you know the urgency, the complexity, the relationships it takes, and what it feels like when you get the hire right.

At Hueman, we’re looking for someone who brings that experience to a different kind of recruiting model. Our healthcare recruiters build real partnerships with the organizations they support, understand the culture and the priorities, and recruit with the depth that takes time and trust to develop.
