The Opportunity: 

A dynamic, full-service law firm in Union County, New Jersey seeks an Attorney to join their team of experienced practitioners. This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid schedule and a base annual salary of $80,325 to $105,000.

Primary Duties:

The successful candidate will be exposed to a broad range of practice areas that include the following duties:

• Representing public entities in governance, compliance, and litigation matters.
• Provide counsel across practice areas including contracts, employment law, real estate, and litigation.
• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, resolutions, pleadings, and policy memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs.
• Engage with clients to provide tailored legal advice and solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver comprehensive legal strategies.
• Participate in community and public outreach initiatives.

Requirements:

• Admission to the NJ Bar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to client service and ethical standards
