Primary Duties:  Excellence in Supporting the Sourcing Process

Forging close and continual relationships with hiring managers  and candidates to clearly understand required hiring needs and career objectives, respectively
Effective engagement by providing routine updates concerning candidate availability and job status, being extremely responsive and using business acumen to navigate grey areas while sourcing multiple positions, and maintaining organized and detailed information within the applicant tracking system
Drafting persuasive job descriptions using templates and in some cases, based on verbal client communications and/or prior similar positions
Posting job descriptions within applicant tracking system and on applicable job boards
Routinely and accurately maintaining applicant tracking system and applicable job boards to reflect current job sourcing activities
Engage in daily and weekly candidate pipelining to maintain an active pool of available applicants
Reviewing quickly and thoroughly, a high volume of resumes daily, in excess of 100+, to identify and refine the best talent from available candidates
Conducting a high volume (20+ daily) of telephone and virtual candidate screenings to identify and select talent for client hiring needs and routine follow-up with candidates and clients to keep them abreast of developments essential to the hiring cycle
Confirming bar admissions and other licensing, preparing resumes, and submitting candidate resumes to client web portals and via email with engaging and informative cover notes
Timely coordinating, scheduling and calendaring client and candidate interviews (including reminders) along with any modifications and effectively communicate interview status with hiring managers and candidates
Conducting interview preparation with candidates to ensure best possible outcomes and debrief post-interview
Prompt post-interview follow-up with clients to obtain and evaluate client feedback
Maintaining contemporaneous and organized notes of all communications with clients and candidates within applicant tracking system for access and evaluation by internal stakeholders
Working collaboratively and innovatively with team members and taking ownership of the talent acquisition function without requiring continual oversight and direction on day-to-day and routine duties
Providing administrative support relative to the Talent Acquisition team, including but not limited to answering phones and taking messages, etc.

Requirements: Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or related experience
Minimum of one year of talent acquisition support experience or similar role
Superior communication and organizational skills and the ability to write, clearly, concisely and professionally
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledgeable of applicant tracking systems 
Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn and other online sourcing tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google suite of tools (Gcal, Gchat, Gmail), and internet savvy
Excellent writing skills and a firm command of grammar, style, etc.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent listening and strong follow-up skills, responsive, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Independent professionalism and performance of assigned duties
Ability to work within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision

A highly regarded, super-regional insurance company seeks an experienced Trial Attorney to join their legal team in Wayne, Pennsylvania. This position is hybrid:  two days in the office; three days remote. The base salary is $108K - $167K plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Primary Duties:
The Trial Attorney will provide legal defense to insured individuals in complex, high-exposure litigation matters, as well as offer legal counsel to the internal claims department. The Trial Attorney is responsible for independently managing all aspects of litigation, from case analysis and strategy development to trial and appeal. The position requires compliance with legal and regulatory standards and involves occasional travel for court appearances, depositions, and meetings. Additional duties include the following:

Represent clients in court, including handling trials and appeals.
Develop and implement defense strategies based on thorough legal research and analysis.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs.
Provide legal advice and updates to claims professionals and clients.
Participate in training and development of claims staff.
Maintain professional communication with courts, clients, and opposing counsel.
Stay current with legal trends and complete continuing legal education.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active Pennsylvania Bar membership in good standing.
7+ years of litigation experience in the jurisdiction required; trial experience preferred.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in commercial auto, premises liability, general liability, and municipal liability cases preferred.
Valid driver&rsquo;s license required for travel (approximately 20% of the time).
