$68,000 yr. plus bonuses
$500 sign on bonus paid at 90 days
$500 Retention bonus paid at 1 year anniversary

Our client has been providing quality therapeutic services to youth for over 30 years and is currently accepting applications for Clinical Supervisor of its Community Action Team.

The Community Action Team (CAT) Model is an integrated service delivery approach that utilizes a team of individuals to comprehensively address the needs of the young person and their family. The CAT provides community-based services to children ages 11 to 21 with a mental health or co-occurring substance abuse diagnosis with any accompanying characteristics. CAT is intended to be a safe and effective alternative to out-of-home placement for children with serious behavioral health conditions. Upon successful completion, the family should have the skills and natural support system needed to maintain improvements made during services.

As the Clinical Supervisor for the CAT team, you will:

Job Duties

-Manage program and supervision of program staff.
-Carry caseload of clients.
-Provide 24/7 on-call services as scheduled.
-Data management and reporting.
-Quality assurance and improvement.
-Ensure provision of the CAT Model services and program goals.

Qualifications

-A master’s degree in behavioral health sciences, such as psychology, mental health counseling, social work, art therapy or marriage and family therapy; and
-An active license issued by the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling; and
-A minimum of three years of experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral health needs.

-Training in family systems, crisis intervention, teenager or young adult suicide prevention and trauma-informed care.
-Training in co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders and treatment.
-Valid drivers' license and ability to pass Motor Vehicle Report.
-Pass multiple background screenings including Level 2 background clearance and pass drug screen.

The ideal candidate will have leadership and clinical experience working with youth and will be familiar with evidence-based practices for supporting at-risk youth and is committed to improving the lives and mental health of clients.
