A multi-state law firm based in Florida seeks an experienced Paralegal on a remote basis to join their highly regarded insurance subrogation practice in NYC. The position is fully remote with a base salary of $52K-$72K and medical benefits are available. 

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years previous litigation experience in a law office

• Proficient  with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe

• Experience in managing attorney calendars/scheduling

• Experience in drafting legal documents including standardized pleadings, letters, and reports

• Working knowledge of New York court procedures and be familiar with e-service and e-filing

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of managing deadlines, and can take initiative on following up on tasks

• Detail and goal oriented

• Ability to work in a fast-paced evolving environment and be a team player
