@Orchard LLC is supporting a client with an urgent requirement for a Project Manager to join a long-standing project for a Federal Civilian client. The role will be remote/work from home.
You should be able to:- Certified PMP
- Skilled in federal financial management; worked within Chief Financial Officer Divisions and managed financial activities including financial statement reports and fiscal year end close activities
- Performed reconciliations and quality assurance on financial reports, financial statements and financial statement footnotes and/or supporting documentation
- Be efficient in Microsoft Projects and Microsoft Excel
- Be proficient to identify, document and track project's goals, objectives, and scope and create a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required
- Have great communication and writing skills; Email communication and reminders for clients including deadlines, tasks and upcoming deliverables
- Manage and mitigate project risks; maintain a risk register and mitigation strategies to ensure deadlines are met
- Have a financial management background related to budget and budget execution for review and quality assurance on OCFO deliverables
- Develop project templates based on project requirements and needs
- Develop and track meeting minutes and action items listings
- Be able to efficiently track and maintain multiple projects and workstreams
