Job Summary

Correspond with company sales representatives regarding products and sales aids to be sent for meetings and booths.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Ensures that the Meetings Team is on schedule to the most current, published Meeting Calendar.
  • Communicates with the sales force regarding Meeting RGAs and product information.
  • Is responsible to provide reliable product information.
  • Coordinates, gathers product and creates shipping tickets for outgoing meetings & booths.
  • Coordinates the return of meeting supplies and RGAs
  • Reviews returned meeting products
  • Contacts sales representatives regarding missing items returned from a meeting.
  • Orders product for meetings.
  • May represent the Meetings Department in Cross-Departmental/Team Lead meetings
  • Use of SAP
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
