Idea Recruitment has partnered with a Medical Devise Manufacturing / Distribution company in Jacksonville in their search for a Meeting Supplies Administrator.
FULL TIME - ON SITE
Correspond with company sales representatives regarding products and sales aids to be sent for meetings and booths.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Ensures that the Meetings Team is on schedule to the most current, published Meeting Calendar.
- Communicates with the sales force regarding Meeting RGAs and product information.
- Is responsible to provide reliable product information.
- Coordinates, gathers product and creates shipping tickets for outgoing meetings & booths.
- Coordinates the return of meeting supplies and RGAs
- Reviews returned meeting products
- Contacts sales representatives regarding missing items returned from a meeting.
- Orders product for meetings.
- May represent the Meetings Department in Cross-Departmental/Team Lead meetings
- Use of SAP
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Required Skills
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Use of SAP
