Description

Global pharmaceutical company seeks an HR Coordinator on a long-term, temporary assignment expected to last 12 months, possibly longer. This position will require you to be on-site on a hybrid basis, three days per week. The hourly rate is $25 - $30. 
 
Primary Duties

This HR Coordinator will provide administrative support to the company's Human Resources and Site Operations departments. Additional duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Assists in the facilitation of the recruitment and on-boarding process, including preparation and distribution of internal and external offer letters, coordinating orientation activities, and ensuring new hires have a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Responsible for scheduling and calendar management for various HR activities, including recruitment, training and development, meeting planning and exit interviews
  • Responsible for working with documentation of a highly confidential nature on various ad-hoc project work, including communications to broad populations.
  • Responsible for coordinating and facilitating wellness initiatives, including working with wellness coach on weekly newsletter and to schedule and monitor wellness offerings to ensure interest and employee engagement
  • Responsible for meeting planning - scheduling and calendar management for various Site Operations activities, including drafting agendas, meeting minutes
  • Responsible for the coordination of onsite employee activities including weekly lunches, social gatherings, and special events
  • Responsible for coordinating onsite parking and building access as directed by Site Operations
  • Responsible for support of tracking contract progress with new member companies, document management, and meeting coordination.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years administrative support experience; some Human Resources experience preferred
  • HS degree required; Bachelor degree desirable
  • Significant sensitivity and respect for confidentiality
  • Ability to identify key issues when they arise with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and prioritize workload in high volume area
  • Strong analytical skills, organizational skills and detailed-oriented
  • Ability to communicate professionally with varying levels of management and external stakeholders
  • Must possess excellent written communication skills
  • Must have solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
