Associate Attorney - Immigration

Dynamic and entrepreneurial law firm located near Tinton Falls, NJ seeks Associate Attorney to handle a broad array of litigation matters.  Salary is $55K -$85K, depending upon experience, and is bonus eligible. You must have excellent communication skills.  English and Spanish fluency preferred. 

Primary Duties

You will be part of a collaborative and energetic team dedicated to helping immigrants with legal problems. Matters include removal and asylum proceedings and representing clients detained by the DHS.  Duties include the following:

• Client meetings
• Frequent Federal Court appearances
• Drafting litigation and related legal documents

Requirements

• Admitted attorney in good standing
• At least 5+years of immigration law experience
• Writing sample and online assessment is required 
• English and Spanish fluency preferred
• Excellent drafting skills
• Self-starter
• Superior attention to detail
