We are now accepting resumes/applications for a Medical Business Development Account Manager for the Gulf Coast area. Duties/Responsibilities may/not not include the following:
- Developing new business and increasing gross margin profitability
- Analyze competitive activity within the territory and know the strengths and areas of opportunity of our competition to assist in the sales process
- Interact regularly with recruiting staff to ensure accurate and complete communications with clients
- Regularly visit existing clients for the purpose of developing the account to increase business, ensure safety of temporary talent, and verify that they are performing tasks within the appropriate job description
- Assist in new employee start-ups at customer locations.
- Maintain Sales Pipeline reports, call logs and expense reports at required frequencies.
- Contact potential customers at hospitals, clinics, doctor's offices, rehab facilities, and nursing homes.
- Build relationships with medical staff.
- Previous Staffing Experience is preferred, but not required.
- Previous medical sales experience
- Background/Contacts in Medical, Industrial Construction, Plant Maintenance, or Shutdown/Turnaround markets.
- Previous Business Development experience is preferred
- Preferable candidate near Baton Rouge, LA
