As a Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of the checkout experience — leading by example, assisting customers with care, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile. You’ll help drive service excellence, support our front-end team, and play an important role in making Meijer a place where customers love to shop.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and thanking customers throughout the checkout process.
• Support and guide cashiers to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly transactions.
• Troubleshoot front-end issues such as payment, pricing, or product questions.
• Build rapport with customers and respond quickly to their needs or concerns.
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Promote a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout environment.
• Collaborate with leaders to enhance service operations and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

• 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and listening skills, both in-person and virtual.
• Friendly, outgoing attitude and a passion for helping others.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable using digital tools.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• A team mindset and a commitment to making every interaction positive.
