We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager who is passionate about empowering sellers, elevating performance, and fueling revenue growth. In this role, you’ll equip our sales team with the tools, training, content, and processes they need to consistently win, and you’ll act as the strategic bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Product.
This is a highly visible, high-impact position where you’ll shape the go-to-market engine for a rapidly scaling SaaS organization. Because our customers are some of the largest and most complex government entities in the U.S., the person in this role must thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy solving big, intricate problems.

What You’ll Do
Enablement Strategy & Execution
- Build and execute a scalable sales enablement strategy aligned with company goals.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify knowledge and skill gaps and develop programs to address them.
Content & Collateral
- Create, maintain, and centralize all sales assets (playbooks, decks, battle cards, competitive intel, ROI tools, etc.).
- Partner with Marketing and Product to ensure content supports the full buyer journey.
Onboarding & Training
- Own and deliver new-hire onboarding for all sales roles.
- Lead ongoing trainings on sales methodologies, product updates, industry shifts, and competitive positioning.
Sales Tools & Technology
- Collaborate with RevOps to optimize sales tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Highspot, Seismic, etc.).
- Drive adoption and ensure tools are being used effectively to maximize productivity.
Performance & Analytics
- Define KPIs to measure enablement impact (ramp time, win rates, quota attainment, etc.).
- Track results and use insights to continuously improve programs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Translate product updates into customer-centric messaging in partnership with Marketing/Product Marketing.
- Refine sales best practices and cross-sell strategies.
- Serve as the “voice of sales” to internal teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or B2B SaaS sales.
- Deep understanding of enterprise and mid-market SaaS sales cycles.
- Proven success building enablement programs, playbooks, and training from scratch.
- Strong command of CRM and enablement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Highspot, Seismic, Gong, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Data-driven decision-maker with a passion for using insights to optimize performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
