Your Role with the Company:

As Senior Vice President of Multifamily, you will lead a nationwide specialty contracting group with full responsibility for business strategy, profitability, and growth. You'll manage a team of high-performing VPs overseeing regional operations, own fiscal accountability for a major division, and leverage financial leadership support. Build and maintain strong relationships with top general contractors and developers, while driving sales, estimating, pricing, and operational strategy. Expect regular travel to key markets as you help shape a one-stop-shop MEP offering for multifamily clients across the U.S. 

Background Profile: 

·       8+ years' experience in either Electrical or Mechanical contracting

·       Strong leadership, customer service, and business acumen

·       Background managing project financials, project teams, and P&L
