Idea Recruitment is searching for a Professional Pet Groomer in the Charlotte, NC area.  Are you motivated to work a flexible schedule?  Have a history of at least 3 years of driving experience in the United States?  Able to groom dogs and/or cats?  If you answered “Yes” to these questions, we want to speak to you! 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

     ·         Provide one-on-one grooming sessions for dogs/cats at the clients’ homes.

·         Able to work independently and without direct supervision.

·         Must has a driving record of at least 3 years (for commercial auto insurance coverage purposes).

·         Able to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.

·         Maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.

·         Must work well with others and communicate effectively with the in-house team and dispatcher(s).

·         Manage a daily schedule.

·         Able to focus on safety and quality with each appointment.

·         Must be reliable and on time.

·         Maintain cleanliness of work space/area and let the in-house team know when the vehicle is needing maintenance or repairs immediately.
