Your Mission: Drive Impact Through Innovation

As the Sales Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of transforming how government agencies harness their data. You'll blend deep technical expertise with compelling sales acumen to showcase the power of our multi-agent AI solutions. This role will conduct customer demonstrations of product functionality and capability. Understanding of coding and data engineering is a key element needed to be successful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate directly with our sales team to expertly present and promote the Company's multi-agent data integration products to key government customers.
  • Technical Storyteller: Translate complex technical capabilities of our multi-agent platform into clear, compelling benefits and value propositions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Tailored Demonstrations: Craft and deliver impactful product demonstrations customized to address specific government use cases and critical challenges.
  • Solution Architect: Partner with customers and our engineering teams to meticulously assess data integration needs and challenges, then architect powerful solutions leveraging Company offerings.
  • Hands-On Innovation: Provide direct technical support, including developing customer prototypes and integrating solutions to demonstrate the tangible application and immense value of our products.
  • Sales Cycle Catalyst: Offer expert technical guidance throughout the entire sales cycle, from answering intricate technical inquiries and addressing objections to crafting persuasive proposals.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, analyzing competitor offerings, and understanding government procurement processes to strategically position the Company's solutions for success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams (including product development) to ensure unparalleled customer success and directly influence future product innovation.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with proven experience as a Sales Engineer, especially within the government sector.
  • Technical Prowess:
    • Demonstrable ability to code using Python, JavaScript, and Java.
    • Robust understanding of data science principles and methods, including classification approaches, embedding techniques, and transformer architectures.
    • Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), data integration platforms (e.g., Databricks, Oracle Data Flows, Informatica), database technologies (e.g., Postgres, Trino, SparkSQL), and search engines (e.g., ElasticSearch).
    • In-depth understanding of data integration processes: Extract, Transform, Load (ETL), data warehousing, data modeling, and data lake architectures.
    • Direct experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is a must.
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to translate technical features into tangible benefits and value propositions for government customers.
  • Problem Solver: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills that help you navigate complex challenges.
  • Systems Familiarity: Familiarity with enterprise content, data, and knowledge management systems (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow, Salesforce).
  • Citizenship: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Security Clearance: An active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
  • Mission Focus: Experience supporting defense and intelligence missions.
  • Advanced Education: Master's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., AI, Machine Learning, Data Science).
  • AI Specialization: Experience working with multi-agent systems or other advanced AI solutions, particularly leveraging LangChain / LangGraph.

Compensation for the Sales Engineer position is based on experience and qualifications. It is expected to be in the range between $150,000 and $175,000 plus incentives.
