Why Join Us?

We’re shaping the future of high-volume cloud computing manufacturing. As our Test Operations Supervisor, you’ll be at the center of driving operational excellence, leading a talented team, and ensuring world-class product delivery. If you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and are passionate about optimizing processes and inspiring people, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact.

The Role

We’re looking for a results-driven leader to plan, manage, and optimize our Cloud Computing (CC) production operations. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day production activities, coach and mentor your team, and ensure our processes consistently deliver on quality, productivity, and safety standards. You’ll also be a key player in evolving and improving our manufacturing systems to keep us ahead in a competitive industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead with impact: Manage, coach, and develop production employees in a high-volume manufacturing environment, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Drive performance: Plan daily production operations, set priorities, and oversee workflow to ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality products.

  • Maintain standards: Guarantee compliance with company work instructions, ISO guidelines, and quality systems while ensuring documentation and training requirements are consistently met.

  • Optimize processes: Collect and analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and support implementation of lean manufacturing practices.

  • Champion safety: Ensure a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by enforcing safety protocols, PPE usage, and proactive hazard identification.

  • Shape the team: Take a lead role in recruiting, hiring, training, evaluating, and inspiring production staff.

  • Be adaptable: Respond quickly to changing priorities while managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred.

  • Experience:

    • 2–5 years in high-volume manufacturing (electronics manufacturing experience a plus).

    • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

    • Proven ability to write procedures, develop training materials, and implement manufacturing processes.

    • Certifications in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process improvement are a bonus.

  • Skills & Mindset:

    • Strong leadership with the ability to inspire, motivate, and build cohesive teams.

    • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with an eye for detail.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort in a Windows environment.

    • Exceptional communication — able to give clear direction, constructive feedback, and foster open dialogue.

    • Resilient under pressure, adaptive to shifting priorities, and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Working Environment

  • Fast-paced, high-energy production floor with multi-level priorities.

  • Climate-controlled production areas; occasional work in warehouse environments.

  • Professional yet casual culture that values teamwork, innovation, and continuous growth.

  • Flexibility to work overtime or extended hours when business needs demand.

Physical Expectations

  • Operate comfortably in a production setting: standing, walking, and moving throughout the floor for long periods.

  • Perform desk work as needed, including computer-based tasks for up to 8 hours/day.

What You’ll Gain

  • A leadership role in a growth-oriented company at the forefront of cloud technology.

  • A collaborative, team-first culture where your voice, ideas, and initiative truly matter.

  • Opportunities for professional development, process ownership, and career advancement.

  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
