We have multiple lines of business including population health, utilization review, managed care organization quality review, and quality assurance for programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Our Client is also a national leader in fighting fraud, waste and abuse for large organizations across the country. In addition, our Foundation provides grant opportunities to those with programs for under-served communities.
Our client has an immediate opening for a Project Support Coordinator to work in their Home Office in Easton, MD.
Coordinates efforts providing baseline support to project teams against key deadlines and requirements and maintains project documentation, tracking progress, and identifying potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery, escalating concerns to management for review and follow-up. This Coordinator will also provide day-to-day office functions to include reception services, processing mail and packages, and maintaining office equipment and supplies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:· Answers phone calls and helps facilitate communication among team members, clients, and other partners to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
· Takes minutes at specific meetings assigned.
- Processes daily mail, copy, fax and/or medical records requests.
- Prepares and/or processes folders, files, and maintains medical records.
- Locates, signs out, and delivers medical records requested.
- Operates computer to enter and retrieve data and type correspondence and reports, as well as enter, scan, track and rename files posted to the portal for access.
- Creates badges for new hires and ships IT equipment.
- Processing onboarding/offboarding of employees.
- Operates office equipment.
- Maintains database files.
- Provides reception services by greeting guests via phone and registering guests in-person.
- Interacts with customers on-site and by phone and identifies issues that should be referred for further review.
- Enters data into various databases.
- Cross-trains to provide coverage in all unit functions.
Education and /or Skills and Experience Required:- Minimum High School Diploma or GED required - Minimum of 2-4 years of work experience can be substituted for education; Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience preferred
- Must be organized and detail-oriented to ensure proper documentation and tracking and for processing important documents.
- Must be able to adhere to confidentiality in dealing with information that includes Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
- Must have strong computer skills
- Graphics experience with Adobe products (PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign) would be a plus.
The pay range for this role is $20.00-$21.00 per hour, based on experience.
