We're seeking a strategic and detail-driven Inventory Control Supervisor to lead our inventory control team across multiple warehouse locations. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring accurate inventory counts, resolving discrepancies, and driving process improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction and oversight to inventory control staff
• Ensure cycle count procedures and bin audits are performed accurately and consistently
• Maintain cycle count schedules and integrate drone data into inventory processes
• Support warehouse and program management teams with current inventory status and analysis
• Execute SAP and WMS inventory transactions with precision
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, identifying root causes and proposing improvements
• Organize and execute physical inventories across facilities
• Produce timely and accurate reports for department leaders
• Develop procedures and maintain necessary documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of lead experience in a warehouse environment
• 1 to 2 years of inventory-related experience
• High school diploma required; BS degree preferred

Preferred Skills

• Strong leadership and team guidance abilities
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and WMS systems
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Familiarity with computer parts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
