We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Production Supervisor to lead our Cloud Computing division in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is part of a three-tiered Production Supervisor track designed to reward experience and leadership development. A minimum of two years’ supervisory experience is required, and compensation is based on experience—up to $93,000 annually for highly qualified candidates.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate daily production operations for cloud component assembly, ensuring delivery on time, every time.
- Supervise and mentor a talented team of technicians and associates, fostering growth, accountability, and team spirit.
- Establish efficient workflow priorities, monitor performance metrics, and uphold ISO and internal quality standards.
- Train team members, reinforce work instructions, and promote an environment of safety, excellence, and compliance.
- Drive process improvements across assembly lines and warehouse functions to optimize efficiency and product quality.
- Handle full supervisory responsibilities, including hiring, coaching, evaluations, and shift scheduling.
Your Strengths

What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years’ experience in high-volume manufacturing; minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing and procedure writing a major plus.
- Certification in lean manufacturing or process improvement preferred.
