Veseris is hiring a  Pricing Analyst to join their team. This is a full time, permanent position with a hybrid schedule. 

 
Primary Purpose:
This position is responsible for the execution and deployment of the Veseris Pricing strategy. This role supports the Pricing Manager as well as Field leaders in executing Pricing Administration, Reporting, Analysis and Continuous Improvement projects. This role is critical to ensure that Veseris delivers accurate and consistent pricing to our field and customers.

• Pricing System Administration
  • Loading/ adding/ changing system pricing
  • Research on field questions regarding pricing
  • Work with the Regional Sales leadership to obtain buy-in on price structure and categories.
• Reporting
  • Developing and implementing monthly/quarterly pricing reports
  • Developing Audit reporting and process to ensure pricing integrity
  • Developing and implementing pricing compliance reporting/analysis
• Analysis
  • Deep dive area analysis for GM% opportunities
  • Review category/ item performance to improve system pricing
  • Competitive pricing development and execution
  • Pull data with queries for annual pricing reviews
  • Support ad-hoc analysis requests for business leaders
• Continuous Improvement
  • Support business process changes and identify areas of opportunity
  • Develop automation to streamline price administration
  • Support CI projects as needed

• Diligent work ethic with attention to detail
• Ability to gather data, analyze and propose business driven solutions
• Strong analytical ability, confident with trend analysis, benchmarking, and metrics
• Experience working with data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau
• Advanced excel skills required
• Microsoft SQL skills preferred
• Experience with ERP systems including MS D365 preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with and persuade individuals at all levels, will need to actively participate in meetings and group discussions with individuals from various parts of the organization
• Must be able to multi-task under pressure; ability to communicate key information and process changes while working in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pricing, finance or analytics or related work experience
• Experience with ERP systems including MS D365
• Experience working with large data sets and calculating financial metrics

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Math
• Previous experience in roles focused on Pricing, Analytics, or Finance with knowledge of financial statements and key drivers.
• Previous experience with the FlintFox performance pricing engine.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including understanding modeling assumptions, complex formulas, and pivot tables.
