Point C Health is hiring a Customer Success Lead. *Remote Opportunity*
The Customer Success Lead will serve as a point of contact for clients in conjunction with key Client Services team members and provide any necessary administrative assistance required by the Client Services team to successfully retain business. Work with various departments within Point C and our TPA partners to promptly respond to client questions, facilitate resolutions to concerns, run client specific reports and provide support to Client Services team members. May also involve client facing responsibilities such as employee meeting presentations, benefit fairs, and attending quarterly and renewal meetings with client managers.
Point C Health is a third-party administration platform for medical and dental benefits for self-insured employers. Point C’s mission is to support TPA partners through business process innovations and product solutions that drive value for employers and enhance the member experience. The administrative services we provide include claims processing, network management, and utilization review.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as are exceptional organizational skills.
- Thorough understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans.
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in a similar TPA or insurance environment
- Knowledge and understanding of benefit-related federal laws (i.e., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, PPACA, etc.)
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
- Analytical skills, problem solving skills, reading ability, creative decision-making skills, the ability to comprehend and follow instructions, mathematical ability and time management skills are required.
- Ability to travel as required for this position.
- Ability to interact with senior level executives.
- Meets deadlines, works independently, accountable, maintains focus, punctual, and maintains good attendance record.
- Acts independently, seeks new opportunities, and strives to see projects to completion.
- Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions.
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of Client and company information.
- Ability to work on a computer for a prolonged amount of time.
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed.
- Legally able to work in the United States.
Work Environment:
Fully remote, flexibility with schedule around general business hours. Must have reliable internet and familiarity with digital platforms.

- $65,000.00 Annually to $88,000.00 Annually
