United Water Restoration Group is hiring a Lead Technician for Restoration as a full-time job in Naples, FL. 
 
The primary role of the Lead Technician is to respond to and follow up on leads by calling, scheduling, and meeting with home or business owners to assess the damages and sign the job.  A Lead technician helps the customer understand and navigate the insurance claims process.  The Lead Technician designs, implements and supervises the extraction, drying, demolition and cleaning processes according to the IICRC S500 standard of care. 
 
United Water Restoration is a full service restoration company available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for all your Water, Flood, Fire, Storm, Sewage and Mold emergencies. Headquartered in sunny Ormond Beach, FL. United Water Restoration Group has dutifully serviced the state of Florida for over 14 years. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Maintain a safe work environment as the top priority

• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage and fire damage

• Be pleasant, courteous, and compassionate with customers

• Apply proper containment methods to protect unaffected areas, residents, and pets from hazards

• Daily monitoring and documentation of jobs in progress, taking moisture readings, taking photos, and uploading these into software system

Job Qualifications:  

• Knowledge of Water/Fire/Mold restoration business

• 1+ years experience as a certified field technician

• IICRC certification a plus

• Must pass background check, drug screen, and possess clean driving record

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
