Oilex Operating, LLC is hiring a Director of Marketing as a full-time job in Denver, CO. 
 
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for increasing the car volume into the stores and the retention of existing customers. This includes digital marketing and print advertising for all 24 locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in business-to-consumer advertising, ideally for a multi location business.
 
Oilex Operating, also known as Grease Monkey, is an independent oil change franchise locally owned and operated in over fifteen locations throughout Colorado. Oilex Operating is the largest Grease Monkey franchise in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to define the company's advertising budget and priorities

• Manage online presence, including but not limited to Facebook and Google

• Creating, measuring, and optimizing ad campaigns through direct analysis of results and data

• Search Engine Optimization and increasing digital customer engagement

• Creating databases of results and reporting to management accordingly

Job Qualifications:  

• Minimum of 7 years experience in marketing with significant exposure to digital marketing

• Demonstrable experience in scaling revenue through marketing efforts

• Demonstrable experience increasing return on ad spend

• Multi-unit retail experience preferred

• Ability to analyze and manipulate significant amounts of customer and advertising data
