Super Home Services is hiring an Outside Sales Consultant for a full-time job in the Tampa/Sarasota area.
As an Outside Sales Representative for our SWAT Mosquito, you will be responsible for meeting with homeowners to provide tailored solutions, driving sales through in-home consultations, and fostering partnerships with local service companies. This role requires a results-driven, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

SWAT is a full-service provider of automated mosquito misting systems for residential and commercial properties throughout South Florida, Orlando and Tampa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home sales presentations to homeowners, understanding their needs and recommending home service solutions. e.g., HurriLandscape, pool sales, exterior lighting, Generator, etc.).
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience and drive repeat business.
- Network with local service companies to establish partnerships, generate referrals, and expand market presence.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for territory growth and customer acquisition.
- Handle all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain a detailed record of sales activities, customer interactions, and partnerships in CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and home service advancements to provide top-notch recommendations to clients.
- Participate in trade shows, local events, and other networking opportunities to promote the company’s services.
The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury home services such as hurricane windows, generators, and landscape lighting.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the premium home services industry.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Pro-active self-starter, able to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
- Detail-oriented and organized with follow-up skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for in-home consultations and networking events.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
The position requires a clean background check and a driving record in good standing.
