United Aesthetics Allliance (UAA) is hiring a full time Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager to join their team at their Alpharetta office with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office/ 2 remote).
United Aesthetics Alliance is a leading provider of cosmetic plastic surgery and non-invasive medical spa services comprised of board-certified plastic surgeons and premier injectors and estheticians. The platform is highly clinically oriented and focuses on the premium aesthetics market.Job Summary

We need your knowledge of accounting to make sure everything from transaction-level detail to financial reports are accurate and timely. The accounting manager will support the VP of Finance by managing the daily operation of the accounting function. We are seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, have a commitment to excellence in their work, are team players, and are experienced accountants.
In this role, you will;
- Manage full cycle accounting process, including but not limited to preparing journal entries, maintenance of accounting records such as general ledger, accounts payable, and depreciation schedules.
- Establish and execute timely month-end close procedures.
- Oversees and maintains accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure that the organization's accounting records, and financial statements are accurate and timely and in accordance with GAAP.
- Perform monthly physician compensation calculations.
- Audits accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit.
- Assists auditors, gathering and providing information and documents needed for inquiries.
- Improves and implements financial controls, ensuring accurate control and accounting of assets and accounts.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, developments, and best practices in the accounting profession; applies this knowledge to recommend and implement process and policy changes.
- Work remotely with 5%-10% travel
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient with Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Thorough understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with or able to quickly learn the accounting software used by the organization.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
- CPA highly preferred
- At least three to five years of general accounting experience
- Pay Range
- $80,000.00 Annually to $90,000.00 Annually
