Title: Director, Quality Management
Location: Coraopolis, PA (fully on-site)
The Director, Quality Management is responsible for working along the Lenders Services operations team to improve the quality of title production and settlement services processes.
As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:- Acts as a liaison between the Operations team and Quality Assurance and coordinates responses to QA audits.
- Validates QA findings and helps establishing appropriate audit responses and appropriate action plans.
- Tracks and manages QA defects and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinates the implementation of quality motivated business process changes.
- Identifies individual and line staff training opportunities.
- Assists with the response to internal and third-party audits (including those performed by state regulators and third-party underwriters), and coordinates implementation of agreed upon process changes.
- Maintains thorough understanding of ALTA Best Practices compliance and risk related topics. Assures that Lender Services business practices adhere to those practices.
- Assists managers develop and manage quality assurance MBO’s for operating staff.
- Update and maintain library of operational policy and procedures.
- Evaluates underwriter bulletins and works with Operations team to ensure underwriter requirements are enacted.
- Prepares standard SLA measurement reports.
- Participates in GRC Committee meetings and regularly updates the Committee.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of ten years of title industry or related experience required.
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of the Title/Closing/Consummation and Funding processes.
- Detailed understanding of business unit product/service.
- Excellent time management skills.
- High-level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
- Motivated and positive team player.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to problem solve in a growing, expanding business.
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and audiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
