You will report to the Vice President with a dotted line to the President and assume responsibility for leading the firm’s growing solar energy construction division. You will be the go-to business unit leader over the business unit including the management, oversight, and performance of project management, business development, and estimating functions as well as helping the firm set policies, procedures, and frameworks for the department moving forward. This is an opportunity that offers a lot of autonomy in growing the Solar business line. With the goal of doubling the Solar division revenue within the next calendar year, advancement to the VP level within a few years is realistic.
Background Profile:
- 8+ years of construction experience
- Background in managing renewable energy projects
- Experience with construction management software
- Exposure to solar, substation, or battery storage projects helpful
Location: While this is a remote position, you will be expected to spend some time on-site, onboarding and team building during the first 90 days of your employment.
