- Relocation
You will report to the President and will assume responsibility for the accounting and finance function. You will lead and oversee the IT function, including integrity of systems and controls, HR functions, insurance and risk management, claims administration, banking relationships and cash management and legal and surety. The CFO has direct oversight of eight in accounting. Your direct hands-on responsibilities include preparing the financial statements, including income, balance sheet and shareholder reports, tax filings and governmental agency reporting, sales and profit projections, budget to actual with projects, and eventually develop multi-year financial projections. You’ll collaborate with the President and other senior executives on strategic planning, budgeting and projections and other important initiatives to reach business goals.
Background Profile:- 8+ years of accounting experience
- Background in construction accounting or extensive job cost manufacturing
- Experience with strategic financial leadership
- Hands-on work style and attention to detail
- Exposure to process improvement initiatives
