Your Role with the Company:
You will learn to perform vital construction project billing functions related to substantial size, diverse construction projects.  You will report directly to the CFO and will work closely with the Project Managers to ensure accurate and timely project billing.  You will learn to handle job set up in the system and project billing for multiple projects simultaneously.   You will learn lien waivers, subcontractor payments, material invoices etc. for each job.  You will work closely with the other project and staff accounting team members to ensure accurate and timely entry of accounting data and job costing.  You will utilize both the company and client’s systems in preparing billing for these jobs.

Background Profile:
    • Background in Construction 2+ Years
    • Experience with administrative functions
    • Willingness to learn construction project billing
    • Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and Adobe
