You will take complete ownership of the bidding process on a wide variety of public and commercial paving projects. You will be responsible for identifying bid opportunities, takeoffs, and final submissions, as well as helping operations staff with change orders and other pricing/quantity related tasks. You will play a critical role in the firm’s bi-weekly job cost meetings. The goal is for you to take over the Vice President’s role in the next two years and join the senior executive leadership staff, helping shape the future direction of the company.
Background Profile:- 3+ years’ construction or engineering experience
- Exposure to underground, road, or sitework projects
- Proficient user of technology (MS Word suite and construction takeoff software)
