has been retained by a growing Federal contractor with a great culture to identify an experienced Business Analyst. 


As the Business Analyst you will; 

Research and analyze core business processes to identify gaps, and recommends improvement areas for the organization's performance and efficiency. Oversees change management and collection of requirements for project initiatives, utilizing a knowledge and understanding of process mapping, data collection, data analysis, procedure writing, and documentation. Develops and manages detailed project plans, and revises the plans to meet changing needs and requirements.

Your background will likely include the following; 
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Ability to obtain a public trust clearance
  • Minimum Education Required:  Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience, or equivalent technology discipline and/ or equivalent related development experience in lieu of degree
  • 4 years experience analyzing business and technical processes
  • Broad range of experience with information technology solutions for HR.
  • Work with IT Owner(s) and Business Owner(s) to properly define/clarify business requirements
  • End-to-end understanding of systems development lifecycle (SDLC) methodology
  • Demonstrated knowledge of industry standards and implementation of HR Information Systems and Federal HR Policy to meet business needs
  • Define specifications and requirements and work with the client to ensure successful development
  • Experience with business workflow processes, procedure documentation, testing plans and support
  • Experience aligning IT strategy and planning with client's business goals
  • Experience analyzing business and technical processes
  • Strong communication skills the ability to articulate technical terms and complex data clearly to non-technical audience bother verbally & written
  • Experience solving business and technical problems independently, creating innovative solutions
  • Clearly articulating Chirality’s value-propositions and preparing final drafts of major deliverables assuring quality control
  • Desired:
  • 2 years of experience in the Management Consulting field
  • 2 years of experience on HR IT projects
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time
  • Advanced degree in a business or technical field preferred
  • Familiarization with Cloud technologies
  • Experience with AWS; AWS Certified Solution Architect is a plus
  • Experience with Windows and Linux-based operating system configuration, automation, and management
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to meet time demands without compromising quality
