Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Development and technical management of a CQM team for intelligent and innovative products for the automotive market, such as active matrix headlights where classic LEDs are combined with integrated circuits (ICs)
• First point of contact for automotive customers for all quality-related questions as part of the CQM group
• Link between the development team consisting of LED/IC designers, material, process and application experts and the customers
• Development of an optimized complaints process for these new products and implementation / coordination of complex error and root cause analyses in this context together with the production sites in Germany and Malaysia
• Development of risk assessments and creation of error analysis reports in SAP and communication of these to the customer
  Voice of the customer in change management in close coordination with product management and technical life cycle management (e.g. for PPCMs and PCNs)

Qualifications

• University degree in electrical engineering, physics or a comparable technical/scientific degree
• Sound knowledge of integrated circuits (ICs) and ideally also of opto-semiconductors
• Several years of professional experience with corresponding management experience in the semiconductor industry and in quality management desired
• communication skills and assertiveness
• English fluency paired with willingness to travel globally
