Your Role with the Company:
You will play a critical role as a key administrator on landmark, Chicago area projects.  You will review and prepare contract and bid-related documents before submitting them for consideration.  You will work closely with project management staff to set up jobs in the company’s system with all necessary information to kick-start the projects.   You will manage all job-related documents in an organized manner – this includes permits, certifications, insurance documentation, renewals, warranties, and close out documents.  

Background Profile:
    • 2+ years of experience in construction
    • General understanding of construction industry
    • High-school Diploma
    • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel
    • Ability to extract data from documents
    • Excellent attention to detail and eager to learn new tasks
