Position Summary:
This position will provide direct oversight of the agency's Mobile Response Team Program who works directly with the Melbourne Police Department. This position ensures that all contractual and performance measures are adhered to including all policies, contract measures, operating procedures, and applicable COA standards. The Community Mobile Response Team Program Manager will provide case consultation to staff, assist in complex cases, attend interagency staffings, and participate in performance quality improvement activities. This position will provide leadership in both program implementation and capacity building in a flexible, responsive service delivery system.

Technical/Functional Expectations:
  1. Leadership of Mobile Response – Essential Function: This position provides leadership and oversight of the continuum of agency crisis response services; providing clinical oversight and consultation as needed for complex cases.
  2. Monitors Program Performance/ Adherence to Contract Measures – Essential Function: This position monitors performance in accordance with agency performance and contractual measures and provides strategic direction to produce desired outcomes.
  3. Quality Assurance/ Quality Improvement Activities – Essential Function: This position participates in agency quality assurance and quality improvement activities to improve performance and assess gaps and deficiencies in accordance with agency operating policies and Council on Accreditation standards.
  4. Fiscal Monitoring and forecasting/ Budget development – Essential Function: This position engages in budget development as well as ongoing fiscal monitoring of clinical programs' contracted services budget; adjusting and controlling expenditures in addition to financial forecasting.
  5. Strength Based Family Centered Practice Orientation – Essential Function: This position is expected to work in a Strength Based Family Centered manner to enhance Agency Wraparound philosophy and values. This position will participate in Trauma Informed Care initiatives.
  6. Data Integrity – Essential Function: Assists and provides internal controls to authenticate data integrity.
  7. Other Duties as required: Job performance requires fulfilling other incidental or related duties as assigned, assisting and training others, and performing duties of higher rated positions from time to time for developmental purposes.

Business Experience:
  1. Clinical Services Experience: Three to Five years clinical services experience required to effectively supervise and coach clinical service options and support.
  2. Licensed Mental Health Counselor/ Licensed Clinical Social W: LMHC/LCSW. This position requires licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social worker in the State of Florida.
  3. Experience in Crisis Intervention: Two years’ experience in Crisis Intervention required to appropriately respond, lead and direct the Clinical Services Team to decrease deeper end placements due to foster care placement disruption, out of home Crisis Stabilization, and removals due to Child Abuse/ Neglect.
  4. Medicaid Billing experience: Minimum of two years Medicaid billing experience. This position must possess knowledge and experience of covered services of Behavioral health including procedure codes. fee schedules and billing.
  5. Valid Driver’s License and appropriate insurance: Must have Valid Driver’s License and appropriate insurance
Educational and Experience Requirements:
  1. MA/MS - Master’s Degree or equivalent required.
  2. Master’s Degree Counseling/ Psychology or Social work preferred.
  3. LMHC/LMFT/LCSW required
  4. 2+ years supervisory/management experience required.
