The Bi-Lingual position is offered within the KL school network, which are co-operated by an accredited independent US school, KL, and an overseas school partner. Academics of the program are administered by the Head of the US school, who works directly with the Academic Dean or Principal located at the branch campus to ensure the quality of education. Teachers are provided a US curriculum as a guide and framework for the academic year, and design daily lesson plans and manage the classroom as they would in a typical US classroom. Students take their coursework in English and classes are led by international teachers.
美国诺林国际教育所提供的双语教师职位将在美国权威认证的知名顶尖私立中学共同运营合作的中国国际学校校区工作。所有项目的教学工作不仅被校区内的教学管理人员所管理，同时也被美国的私立学校的校长所监督，来保证教学质量。双语教师将会参考美国诺林国际教育提供的美国课程体系作为指引，完成每天的备课，并在典型的美式教室进行课堂教学。所有课程都是由双语老师和国际教师进行英语教学。
Specific Responsibilities:- Develop students’ international awareness, humanistic literacy
- Provide effective subject teaching according to syllabus under the guidance of academic leaders
- Conduct assessments on students’ aptitude using various teaching strategies to improve independent thinking and develop learning skills
- Collaborate cross departmentally with other faculty to optimize teaching materials and lecture notes
- Prepare lessons that reflect accommodations for difference in student learning styles
- Establish and maintain open communication by conducting conferences with parents, students, deans, and faculty
- Participate in staff development activities to improve job-related skills

- US College Bachelor’s degree above in the following areas: Math, Science and Finance preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, especially with students
- Understanding of skills and education necessary for students
- Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior in accordance with the Student Code of Conduct and student handbook
- Bi-Lingual in Chinese and English
- Be working in China
