Your Role with the Company:
Reporting directly to the Owner, you will act as the construction leader for the company, with a focus on process improvements and efficiencies. You will have full strategic oversight for all production, estimating, purchasing and warranties for multiple home communities across the Southeast region. You will ensure production schedules are adhered to and updated in the scheduling
software. You will also be responsible for purchasing and tracking of all materials, increasing the number of trades, reducing warranty claims, and achieving customer satisfaction results in excess of 90%.
Background Profile:- 5+ years of experience in a homebuilding environment
- Detailed knowledge of production homebuilding process
- Exposure to estimating, purchasing, and/or warranty experience
- Experience using technology to automate and improve processes
- Proficient with construction software programs
