Your Role with the Company:
You will be the go-to safety authority, responsible for the design, implementation, and management of all aspects of the safety strategy of the company. You will supervise the company’s safety personnel, develop, and implement safety training programs, and update the safety manual. You will develop the strategy to lower the company EMR, participate in root cause analysis and perform trend analysis to identify problem prone areas and facilitate prevention initiatives. You will also manage incident investigations, loss mitigation and claims resolution for a variety of claim types.
Background Profile:- 5+ years of construction safety experience
- Background setting safety strategy
- Experience managing 1 or more staff members
- Exposure to claims management
- Bachelor’s Degree
