Your Role with the Company:
As Project Manager, you will report to the Vice President of Estimating and be tasked with continuing to build out the residential home building and municipality business. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and work closely with clients to understand requirements and time frames. You will collect and analyze all project information, while assessing risk, and identifying potential gray areas of discrepancies. You will also complete takeoffs, work up cost estimates, obtain accurate quotes from material suppliers and subcontractors and ensure the proposals/pricing are in line to establish an accurate cost estimate.
Background Profile:- 3+ years of heavy highway or infrastructure construction experience
- Ability to read and understand construction documents
- Exposure to underground utilities, excavating or paving experience
- Background managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Estimating and/or purchasing experience is a plus
