Siamo alla ricerca di un PROJECT ENGINEER da inserire su importanti progetti a livello internazionale presso una multinazionale del settore biomedicale. La figura verrà inserita all'interno dell’area NPI.
Responsabilità- Prepare project estimates budget, schedules and execution plans.
- Execute the projects also as responsable of the technical activities
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting throughout the project(s).
- Coordinate and communicate projects group as needed on major projects
- Participate in risk assessments and actively manage the risks of the projects
- Participate in and lead validation activities of the projects (IQ, OQ & PQ)
- Participate in and lead problem solving activities on the projects
- Maintain effective and on-going communications with management teams and the different department
Requisiti richiesti:- B.S. degree in Biomedical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
- Proven team player skills with ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent business and technical writing;
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Strong mentoring, training and coaching to junior colleagues.
- Capable of Managing Multiple Projects;
- Capable of reading drawings and schematics;
- Experienced in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Minitab
- Lean Sigma oriented
- 2+ years working as process engineer company in a medical company (or similar)
- 2+ years working on projects as Project Engineer in a medical company (or similar)
- Sterilization/cleaning process experience are a plus
