You will be the Lead Project Manager on a large, multi-unit town home community project with oversight of all primary building activities from start to completion. Daily jobsite attendance is expected as you develop work schedules, manage project budgets/change orders, order materials, manage subcontractors, and ensure success at every step of the project lifespan with an emphasis on satisfying homeowners and treating subcontractors with respect. You will also help coordinate utility service installations, building inspections, and warranties for completed projects. Once completed, new projects will be assigned with continued advancement opportunities.
Background Profile:- 4+ years’ experience in production homebuilding environment
- Background in managing 14+ unit projects at a time
- Experience creating and maintaining construction schedules with multiple trades
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient with any construction software program
