@Orchard LLC has been retained by a fast-growing Service-Owned (SDVOSB) Federal Contractor to assist them to identify a Training Course Support Assistant. The candidate must be able to obtain a DOT Public Trust Clearance.

As the Training Course Support Assistant you will;
The Position shall support travel activities for course instructors and staff to include:- Working with course instructors and staff to create travel authorizations for courses
- Preparing travel vouchers once travel is completed according to guidelines established in the Federal Travel Regulations
- Schedule, coordinate, and communicate all aspects of travel and lodging for instructors with training course specialists for all courses requiring instructor travel
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: A combination of customer service experience, logistics and planning experience, and undergraduate college level coursework, or post-high-school training equivalent to four (4) years of full-time employment. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, as well as scheduling expertise and high-quality customer service.
