You will have a critical role in developing customers, identifying & estimating projects, and managing a variety of high-profile, commercial projects across the Chicagoland area. Projects include tenant improvement and ground up construction of high-rise office, retail, hospitality, and other electrical project types ranging from $200K to $15m+. You will also drive continuous improvement and offer ideas and input on how to improve processes, reporting directly to the President. This also involves managing and mentoring junior staff members as the firm seeks to identify the next generation of leadership.
Background Profile:- 6+ years’ experience in electrical project management OR estimating
- Background in managing a variety of commercial projects
- Exposure to digital estimating software helpful
- PMP Certification and/or bachelor’s degree preferred
