Reporting to the owner, you will be the “go to” manager for all
accounting and human resource functions, with a focus on process improvement, accuracy, and efficiency. You will handle day-to-day accounting functions that will include performing month end close, compiling and reviewing monthly and quarterly financials, filing state and local taxes, and preparing year end budgeting and planning. You’ll also manage human resources and other compliance functions including interviewing and onboarding new employees, maintaining company handbook, and oversight of insurance and benefits plans.
Background Profile :- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Experience in managing payroll
- Background in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Exposure to state and local tax filings
- Working knowledge of human resources
- Certification in human resource management a plus
