POSITION TITLE: Office CoordinatorPOSITION SUMMARY: The Office Coordinator will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Filing
- Coordinate travel for employees
- Back up purchasing
- Manage office expenses
- Take minutes during meetings
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, from FedEx, UPS & USPS
- Other office and administrative duties as needed
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to work independently
- Self motivated, reliable and proactive
- Office experience preferred
