Your Role with the Company:
As the Chief Estimator, you will report directly to the CEO and have full oversight of the estimating department. You will be tasked with managing a team of 4 estimators while you focus on standardizing the firm’s RFP responses and bidding processes across several branch locations. In addition, you will lead the effort to compile the company’s disparate estimating databases to achieve a standardized, company-wide database. You will review all proposals & final estimates on projects up to $20m in value. This person will build strong relationships with all estimating and senior management staff as the firm continues to grow.
Background Profile:- 8+ years of electrical construction experience
- Familiarity compiling estimates for $20m+ projects
- Background managing a team of estimators
- Exposure to Estimating software
