E&E Director, verrà inserito all’interno del gruppo R&D di sviluppo elettronico
Principali attività:
Motor
§ Coordinate the team that validate the Motors for all BU
§ Define Motor Roadmap and Technology that will drive additional Control Algorithm
§ Execute the Motor Roadmap and related Motor Control Algorithm roadmap
§ Strong support on defining and executing the Cost reduction activities related to Motor area
§ Support action plan for Quality improvements related to Motors area and Execute the defined quality activities related to motors
§ Support the Motor and Compressor development with related Controls
Motor Control Algorithm
§ Coordinate the team in the Algorithm definition and implementation of complex Motor Control Algorithm
§ Working with Performance teams, define the Motor Control Algorithm able to improve the overall performance improvements at product level, related cost reduction activities and quality improvements at product level
§ Drive new concept for Motor control Algorithm and finalize them delivering the specification and the functionalities already tested
§ Issue Patents for new Motor Control Algorithm concepts.
Induction cooktop (nice to have)
§ Internalize the competences related to the Induction control Algorithm to be applied to Induction cooktops
§ Develop dedicated Algorithm for Induction Cooktop
§ Manage the innovation related to Induction cooktop, new technology and driving new concept of Control Algorithm
§ Work closed with Marketing and outside E&E partners to define the product performances based on Algorithm definition and Algorithm roadmap
Skills:
§ Electrical/Electronic Eng or Mechatronic/Robotics Education
§ At least 3/5 years experience in the similar Job
§ Deep Electrical Motor knowledge, mainly BLDC motors
§ Nice to have is Induction Control algorithm
§ Nice to have is Refrigeration compressor knowledge English: good
§ Able to manage a team of 3/4 people
§ Creativity and Strategic vision in the competence area
§ Open mind on Innovation
§ Six Sigma
§ Experience in White Goods (nice to have)
