We are currently seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst. This position supports the Information Technology team in its efforts to implement and operate technology equipment and services that support the business needs of Ardon Health as we pursue our mission to provide excellent patient care.

Primary responsibilities include:

1. Analyze current business processes and operational requirements and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.
2. Maintain an understanding of Ardon’s business processes, system functionality, business strategy, and operational priorities, both short- and long-term.
3. Identify and document functional and technical business requirements in support of initiatives and enhancements to existing products.
4. Oversee implementation projects from beginning to completion.
5. Experience and demonstrated accomplishments in process improvement.
6. Creative thinking skills and ability to generate out-of-the-box ideas.
7. Supports department stakeholders to organize, plan, schedule, coordinate and control project activities and documentation applicable to business analysis.
8. Lead and support system implementation efforts by gathering requirements, proposing process and system design options, collaborating with vendors and stakeholders, and providing project management support as needed.
9. Communicate freely, both verbally and in writing, to propose ideas, solutions, decisions, and status.
10. Configure and test software and systems.
11. Ability to adjust to changing priorities based on business or system needs.
12. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
