For this reason, we are seeking a Facility Administrator for our Service Center in San Carlos, CA.

JOB DUTIES

• Receive, issue, and distribute stock
• Track inventory
• Liaise between vendors and customers
• Track all parts ordered for their assigned customers and inform all necessary personnel customers of the status
• Keep records of all parts ordered by assigned customers
• Respond to, or forward all customer requests, comments, or complaints to the appropriate personnel
• Assist customer with parts availability and pricing, and provide formal quote(s)
• Assist department and technicians with providing essential information such as part numbers and any other valid information needed to complete tasks
• Submit request for material from the Purchasing department
• Follow through with PO from initiation to completion
• Manages difficult or emotional customer situations
• Works within approved budget

• High School diploma, or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Familiar with Computers
• Experience with SAP and EWM preferred
• Inventory/Data Entry
• 2+ years experience working in a shop/warehouse environment
• CDL (to help move bus/trucks when they come in for repairs) preferred, not required
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Good attention to detail

The work site for this position will be San Carlos, California.
